Job Description
The Marketing & Digital Operations Intern supports the marketing and data management activities of the company. The role involves assisting with online marketing tasks, maintaining company databases, creating promotional visuals, and supporting digital projects related to our online directories and marketing platforms.
This internship provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, CRM management, online research, and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Update and maintain company information in online directories and databases
· Add new companies using official business registry data
· Create and update professional client profiles (logos, images, descriptions, FAQs)
· Assist with email marketing campaigns and promotional outreach
· Create visual designs of promotional products (pens, keychains, caps, etc.) with client logos
· Prepare personalized promotional emails for companies
· Update and manage content in the company CRM and websites
· Assist with WordPress website updates and product additions
· Create advertising banners and manage online ads on internal platforms
· Conduct online research and marketing monitoring
· Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team
Requirements
· French native speaker
· Good understanding of English
· Good computer skills (internet, email, online tools)
· Interest in digital marketing and online business
· Attention to detail and good organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and follow instructions
· Punctual, reliable, and motivated
· Basic knowledge of Canva, WordPress, or CRM tools is a plus
